The terminology when reading technical documentation on Office Communication s server and Microsoft Unified Communications can sometimes be rather complex. It’s not as if you can look up the terminology in a dictionary.

  1. You are right – in dynamic fields dictionaries would be out-of-date as soon as they are printed. Just note that there is an entire group at Microsoft tasked with terminology management. Their work, which includes unified communications terminology, can be accessed via the Microsoft Language Portal: http://www.microsoft.com/language/default.mspx.
